EMPIRE HAIR & BODY BOOKINGS & SERVICE POLICY
At Empire we value your time and ours. That's why we require a Bank card number to secure your appointment time, this card is stored in secure pay and is not visible to and of the staff at Empire Hair and Body. The reason our booking system requires a card number is due to our cancelation and no-show policy, Please see our policy Below.
All bookings require a Card number to secure your booking. ( No money is taken from this card)
We send a confirmation text 2 days prior to your appointment if you don't reply to this message we will call you to confirm.
If you do need to altar your appointment we need to be notified by 5pm the day you receive your text message
Failure to call by 5pm that day to cancel/ reschedule your appointment may result in being charged 30% of your appointment cost.
Failure to show up to your appointment without valid reason will result in being charged 50% of your appointment cost
At Empire our goal is to leave you 100% satisfied with our work
If you are not satisfied with your service with us we ask that you contact us immediately to address your concerns. All services have a unsatisfied time frame in which we are more than happy to have you back in to discuss and rectify any issues. Please see time frames below:
Hair services - 2 weeks
All other services - 1 week
